Hi there! My name is Branden. I’ve been working in the IT sector for just under 10 years, and recently accepted a Technical Support Engineer position where I have the amazing opportunity to play with MEMCM (ConfigMgr) every day and triage issues with Systems Administrators from all over the world. My goal is to reach expert level knowledge in MEMCM. This blog will act as my journal to document my experiences and I’m hoping that the content will be helpful to aspiring or current Systems Administrators that happen to stumble upon it.
